A giggle: Both recipes required lard and kosher salt
The final product: taquitos. Which meant that the tortillas needed to be pliable, and soft.
Pioneer Woman. Although Nick said he liked the flavor of the Alton Brown one better, it crisped up too much to roll. I thought they both tasted the same –
bland like flour tortillas.
